Terms & Conditions
- During your stay at the flaneur boutique hotel you have the right to use the room.
- On the day of your arrival, your room is rented from 14:00 onwards, unless otherwise agreed.
- On the day of your departure, you must leave the studio before 11:30. The day of departure is not charged.
- In case of staying in the studio on the day of departure after 12:00 and until 18:00, you will be charged 50% of the price of the night.
- If you stay after 18:00, you will be charged for the entire night.
- enants are solely responsible for any material damage caused to the room (beyond normal wear and tear), either by voluntary or involuntary action or by negligence.
- Flaneur boutique hotel reserves the right to charge tenants the cost of replacing any items removed without consent from the room.
- You must comply with the common quiet hours (15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00).
- Extra people are not allowed to spend the night from the pre-agreed number of people per room.
- Room subletting is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed
- All interiors of the hotel are smoke-free
- The area outside the hotel is accessible by car at all hours
Terms & conditions
- To validate the reservation of the apartments is necessary a deposit of 35% of the total cost of your stay. For reservations less than 3 days the 1 overnight must be fully paid in advanced.
- All payments are made exclusively in euros. Any bank transfer or currency conversion costs are borne solely by you.
- In case of booking by email or phone, you owe within 1 working day to make the down payment of the full the amount of the deposit in the bank account of Flâneur Boutique Hotel that we will indicate to you. In your deposit, you must state your name and the duration of your stay.

- From 1/1/2018 according to Law 4514/2018, in addition to the room rate, the residence tax. The tax amounts to 2€ ανά διανυκτέρευση, is charged to the room tenant and is charged prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your reservation for any reason.
- In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
- For cancellation less than 21 days days before the date of arrival, a full refund is foreseen only by sharing a Covid -19 positive PCR test or last minute commute cancellation due to Covid measurements.
- In case of a non show no refund is foreseen without proof document. After check in, if a reduction of the duration of the stay must be made due to medical reasons a refund of 50% will be made with proof of documents.
